4. Customer shall fill-up the raffle coupon with their name, address, contact number and affix signature and drop in drop boxes at all Odyssey participating outlets.
5. Deadline for dropping of entries is on May 28, 2008 at 9:00pm, close of store hours.
6. The winners will be drawn on May 29, 2008 at Odyssey main office 15/F Strata 2000 Bldg. Emerald Ave., Ortigas Center, Pasig City
7. Winners will be notified by telephone, email and registered mail. Prizes can be claimed at Odyssey Main Office 15/F Strata 2000 Bldg. Emerald Ave., Ortigas Center, Pasig City. The winners name will likewise be posted in all Odyssey participating outlets.
8. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash. Prizes not claimed will be delivered to customer given address.
9. When claiming prize, the following must be presented:
   1. One valid ID (SSS, Passport, Driver’s Licence, etc)
   2. Registered Mail
   3. Claim Stub
10. All employees of Odyssey Music and Video and Warner Music theior PR and advertising agencies, their affiliates and relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in this promotion.
